Before you return a Chantilly product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural Bangladesh, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.
Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.
Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.
Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:
Returns must be sent within 15 days of your order’s original shipment date.
Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Chantilly hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.
You have received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color).
You must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

Once we receive your return package, please allow Seven(07) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued on your invoice for further purchases within Six(6) months from the date of issue. You will be credited for the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If you would like to request an exchange please write to us customercare@chantillybyselinanusrat.net. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Item(s) which to be exchanged need to be sent to the address given below within Ten(10)days of your order’s original shipment date.
You will only have to make sure the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Chantilly hangtags attached.

Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Return & Exchange form. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the copy of original invoice
