Return & Exchanges

Before you return a Chantilly product, please take a moment to understand how our products are made. All our products are handcrafted by traditional craft persons in rural Bangladesh, resulting in each product being unique and slightly different from each other.

Let’s not think of an irregular weave or print or a stitch as a defect. Handloom by definition means a glorious uncertainty when it comes to uniformity.

Please read below our return & exchange policies before you return any item.

  • After the full payment, due to an unforeseen and uncontrollable issue if it is not possible to hand over the product within the stipulated time, the company will notify the customers by phone, SMS, e-mail or other means within 48 hours of the placement of orders. The money has to be refunded in full within a maximum of 72 hours for any delivery failure. Company must not force the clients directly or indirectly to buy any other product in exchange.
  • If the buyers make the payment in advance through debit and credit cards, bank transfer or mobile banking, the money has to be refunded in full in the same medium the payment was received within a maximum of 10 days for any delivery failure within the stipulated time. In this case, if any charge is applicable, the seller will be responsible to pay for it. The seller will notify the buyers by phone, SMS, e-mail or other means regarding the refund. Moreover, the seller cannot refund more than the amount the buyer has paid earlier. The time line could be relaxed if the buyer fails to receive the product or service in stipulated time.

  • Return Policy

    Our shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below:

    Returns must be sent within 15 days of your order’s original shipment date.

    Please return the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Chantilly hangtags attached. Carefully review the Non-Returnable Items policy below to make sure your item is eligible to be returned.

    Return If you believe:

    You have received damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise (style, size, color).

    You must contact Customer Care within 5 days of receipt and provide a photo of the defect.

    Non-Returnable Items:

    The following are not eligible for return: 

  • Returns received after Fifteen (15) days of the original shipment date.
  • Damaged, washed, worn or altered items, including items returned with deodorant, makeup, smoke, perfume and/or stains.
  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • In case of minor design and color variations. With handloom products there will always be some variation between products.

    We do not accept returns or exchanges without the copy of original invoice. You can return your shipment through courier service to the following address:

    Return Processing

    Once we receive your return package, please allow Seven(07) business days for your return to be processed. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued on your invoice for further purchases within Six(6) months from the date of issue. You will be credited for the cost of the product(s) and applicable taxes. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    Exchange Policy

    If you would like to request an exchange please write to us customercare@chantillybyselinanusrat.net. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

    Item(s) which to be exchanged need to be sent to the address given below within Ten(10)days of your order’s original shipment date.

    You will only have to make sure the items in original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered) with the tags, including Chantilly hangtags attached.

    Instructions on Exchange

    A Returns & Exchanges Form should be completed and sent along with the Product(s). You can download the Returns Form by Clicking Here.

    Customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address indicated on the Return & Exchange form. We do not accept returns or exchanges without the copy of original invoice

    Colors

    We make every effort to display our products in their true colors. However, we cannot guarantee that your device will show the color correctly.

    Payment Policy

    The order will start processing once the payment is received on our side. We accept Credit Cards, Bank Transfer and Cash on delivery (only inside Dhaka).
