Shipping & Delivery

At Chantilly, our aim is to ship our products in a quick, safe and inexpensive manner. We deliver to all countries worldwide and to all destinations within Bangladesh. Once your order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation mail.

Charges of international orders are computed based on the destination and weight of your shipment. They are usually not included in the price of goods you purchase online.International orders are subject to taxes & duties. These are additional fees that are collected at the time of delivery.

Standard Shipping: Delivers within 3-4 business days (estimated) for shipping address within Dhaka metropolitan city and 4-5 business days (estimated) for any shipping address outside of Dhaka metropolitan city after.

Express Shipping: Next day (only for Dhaka metropolitan city)

International Shipping: Chantilly is providing shipping in all over the world. After having a successful order we will deliver the ordered product through DHL/FEDEX within estimated 7-10 business days.

*Note: For both standard and express shipping within Bangladesh the cost is for the first 02 kg. Once the weight exceeds the limit, you will be charged Tk. 50 for each additional kg.
